'PENGUIN'

'PENGUIN' is a profound exploration of human resilience, loss, and renewal. The work delves into the quiet universality of trauma, the grief of losing a partner, a mother, a child, and the way in which we navigate the spaces that loss leaves behind.

…. Through movement that is at once tender, raw and unflinchingly honest, 'PENGUIN' examines the fragile art of survival: how we conceal our pain, how we mirror others to belong, and how we carry our histories within our bodies.

… It is an enquiry into empathy. It reflects on the cyclical nature of grief…

'PENGUIN' ultimately seeks the quiet moment of peace that can emerge when we begin to let go, allowing the body to move freely again… not untouched by trauma, but transformed by it.
