'Starting as a small phrase using a sound-track that was varied in speed and dynamic, the dancers were looking so good, rising to the challenge, I was inspired to develop this into a full work.
Don't Speak Now explores the theme that, in society we often follow conventional rules and act with a certain behaviour that is acceptable, although sometimes we want to break out and do something totally crazy and spontaneous.
How we can show restraint and hide our emotions but still be seething under the surface?'
